Tomorrow is the big one 240 K off road
Tomorrow i will do one of the longest off road mountain bike races in Portugal. We will be not more than 50 people at the start. The winner will do 10 hours i think.I am still with a bit of pain in the lower back so i am going to start slow i will let the front group to run from me. After km 167 in Garvão(food point) if my legs are still ok i will try to catch them all.....
we will start at 6 am! it's going to be a long day.
