I agree with this in two ways , it's better to eat small to sleep well and even better do the right thing , have a clear conscience sleep well even if there is less food in the table. Do the right thing. Always . 

 Just do it and don't give up at the first difficulty.

 This country has gone totally insane and our Government reach MUST be kept in check. There's a proposal to tax UNREALIZED capital gains!! Even thought this has little chance of success, the mere idea is absurd and shows how far the Government will go if allowed.

My god mother was English, she passed away some years ago. She was smart and read everything. She lived in England during WWII. She told me that after the War Japanese products were viewed as China products are viewed today . Low quality and just cheap copies. The Japanese changed their image. Now they have brands, quality and clean image. In my view the best image possible.

I think China will do the same.

They work more, they study more, they want to work and they police makers  are better  than the soviets. They will do well.

They are investing in Nuclear, they understand that the poor people will suffer a lot if energy is expensive. They don't respect the human rights , they don't respect the citizens, but Australia is the same these days and that will change. 

If they want to invade other countries that will derail everything.

Real Estate in Portugal is booming, why? If you can move here your family doesn't have to pay Inheritance tax after you die.

According to Tax Foundation and Wikipedia Inheritance tax can be big even without special arrangements and loopholes your family is going to pay 10 or 20% in most countries. Kind of stupid.

I am not a lawyer but I have clients that have done exactly this in Lisbon Family Office.
