Drink some Green Tea mid morning
Ate for lunch 1 Slice of Grouper 300
Big portion of Greens 200
Some  Red Wine 200
Green Tea at mid afternoon
1 Small plate of Lupins before dinner 100
for dinner one veggie soup 200
1 big green salad & Hemp Seeds+Flax Seeds+Lemon &Olive oil=300

total calories in 1800
Rest day today, no trainning

Even with the wine i should lost or maintained my weight (73kg ) from yesterday. I guess tomorrow it will adjust!
