Warren Buffet says if you went to a parade and the band started coming down the street and all of a sudden you stood up on tiptoe. In another 30 seconds everybody else is on tiptoe, and it would be hell in your legs and you still wouldn't be seeing any better.
A business that need talent is not a great business
A restaurant that needs a chef is not a great business
An investment bank that has to pay big bonuses to bankers in not a great business
Tech has to pay a lot of options & money to software engineers it can't be a great business
