Why AAPLE is great
Today I had a test about Microsoft 365 Fundamentals. I have to have some hours of training every year.
I book the test with an organization called PersonVue, I paid the invoice in advance.
On the day of the test I could not start the test, I took pictures, I closed applications, I put my phone on mute, I had to book a meeting room without anyone , I had to have a clear desk but they said I add an application open TEAM viewer and so they did not let me take the test.
Of course the test for me was taking the test. I failed.
I can do everything with APPLE and it's very difficult Microsoft , everything Microsoft.
Of course this company Person Vue has no one to help, no chat that could answer anything.

Microsoft is for young people and Apple for older, of course todays younger people will be older one day, good for Microsoft.

Most companies service sucks , they don't have anyone answering the phone, they redirect you to a web site or they just hope that you let it pass... I had a problem with AAPLE, I called customer service , it was a person so efficient that I asked where did she worked from and she said I am here in Portugal, I asked if she wanted to work for me and she said she was with Apple for 10 years making good money!
