breakfast 1 Apple & Green Tea with Cinnamon
Lunch 1 Veggie soup
BlackBeans & Broccoli
1 Apple at 3 pm
1 Banana at 5 pm
Went to the Gym at 7 pm and dis 90 min workout. Burned 1100 calories
Dinner
1 veggie soup
Black Beans 6 Green salad
2 glasses of red wine
some almonds (Too many…)
Today i hope to be back on track because Thursday i am heading into Geneva and it's always difficult the eat well outside home.
