Today i am back to 72,4 kgyesterday was a good diet day
I ate ratatouille & lentils for breakfast
Green tea in the morning
a Very good steak & vegetables for lunch (no bread & no rice) & lemonade
Eat some lupins (Tremoços) before dinner
Soup & big salad with Hemp/Flax/sesame seed's
tea before dinner
yesterday was my rest day, zero sport
