76 kg, 15,7% fat, 22 BMII am happy with the 76 kg but i am surprised with the % of fat. Looking at myself i don't see the fat at all.

1 peach 1 hour after 50
1 non fat yogurt at 5 pm 50

1h30 of Spinning from 18h30 until 20h, burned 1300 calories, average hr of 142
1 veggie soup 200
1 big plate of salad 150
