  1. I don't drink regular milk anymore (just rice milk) nor soda and beer just a little...What about white wine? how many calories? white wine I drink a lot.

  2. Resveratrol might be a key ingredient in red wine that helps prevent damage to blood vessels, reduces "bad" cholesterol and prevents blood clots.

It seems only Red Wine has Reveratrol and the Sicilians that live a long life drink Red Wine everyday. It could be just a coincidence but at least it does no harm and to me it's a wonderfull drink.

  3. well, if you really want to take as much Resveratrol as a daily diet requires to prevent ageing and coronary problems , one should drink aproximately 300 botles of red wine a day :-)

Instead, peolple can take Resveratrol within a 300gr concentration in pills without suffering the alchool percentage effects... and apparentely this substance it's so far the best in anti-oxydants hence great for ageing prevention.
