Resultado de imagem para how to reduce inflammation keto

I have a big problem in my left foot since my MONT Blanc accident (below) i limp a bit and my ankle is totally fixed (zero movement)

When i wake  I can't start walking asap, i need to warm up my foot before start walking. Since i cut carbs a bit i can jump out of bed. something has changed in my body. Inflammation has receded big time.

last year when i landed in NY i could not start walking and i consider asking for a wheel chair. That is over!

Is it just the carbs thing or is there something else? I am not getting younger

Empty buildings, empty schoolrooms, empty universities !

Unfortunately, the demographic profile numbers I investigate in this book lead me to conclude that these economies (Portugal, Spain, Greece & Italy) are going to shrink 20%-30% in the coming decades as their working age population decline at a rate of 1% a year for several decades (current numbers of births imply the steady decline to last until 2050; possible extending further into the future if natality rates do not increase). There will be less people around and consequently a lot of empty buildings, empty schoolrooms, empty universities and packed retirement homes and hospitals.

Economic Cycles, Debt, and Demographics, Carlos Alegria 2017 , Amazon

If you look at the book Germany, China and Korea are not in a better shape. I think the population shrinking is not a problem for supply, with machines and a lot of unemployment we don't need more people to produce everything we want. The problem is demand. There will be no demand for real estate, space, offices, food etc...

i see deflation.

What kind of companies would be more immune to a contraction in the economy?

Companies that offer solutions to problems.

4th of July

"... it’s time for us to declare our independence from an oppressive government that seeks to control our money and our lives in ways unimaginable to those who rebelled against the British Crown in 1776."

Ron Paul

Came over to Europe and you will see an intrusive Government messing with you rights and your money! They can do whatever they want in the name of making everybody equal.

in Europe we want end of classes and equalty after the fact! it's the most disonest system there is.

prepare yourself Ron Paul read the Handmaid tail

Much like Atwood’s The Handmaid’s Tale, the populace is now taught to “know their place and their duties, to understand that they have no real rights but will be protected up to a point if they conform, and to think so poorly of themselves that they will accept their assigned fate and not rebel or run away.”

If you want a picture of the future, imagine a boot stamping on a human face forever
